DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 01- Arrive Delhi by international flight

On arrival at Delhi International airport after clearing immigration formalities, you will meet our representative in arrival hall holding paging of your name. He will further assist you to your vehicle and then hotel check-in formalities. (Standard check-in time is 1200 hours)

Day 02- Delhi

Post breakfast you will be proceed for combined full day city tour of Old and New Delhi. We start the tour from Old Delhi, Chandni Chowk this part of Delhi will take you in Old Mughal era, while walking through old lanes you can see big wooden carved antique doors, big havelis (mansion), narrow lanes and busy bustling life. You must taste lip smacking street food in Old Delhi market area. Then you will visit India’s largest Mosque “Jama Masjid” where at a time 25,000 can accommodate.

Post lunch visit New Delhi or Lutyens Delhi, beautifully designed by “Sir Edwin Lutyens”, drive pass India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhavan and Connaught Place. Later continue the sightseeing visiting, Humayun Tomb, the tomb was built in 1570 and was the first garden tomb made by Humayun’s son Akbar. It is Unesco world heritage site.  Conclude the sightseeing with the visit of “Qutub Minar”, the stunning red stone tower is 72.5 m high with 2.75m in diameter. It is also UNESCO site.

Evening will be at leisure to relax or to pursue independent activities.

Day 03- Delhi-Agra by train Gatiman Express

Morning transfer to railway station to board train to Agra.  On arrival in Agra assistance at the railway station and transfer to hotel.

The land of the Taj is not only famous for the biggest allure “Taj Mahal” but also legacy of Mughals which they had left behind. Their legacy can be seen in mausoleums, tombs and magnificent fort.

On arrival check in at hotel. Later proceed for lunch at your hotel OR local restaurant in Agra. After lunch proceed to visit Red Fort, it is an UNESCO heritage site. It is a major tourist attraction from all over the world. The fort is built in red stone to make it main residence of Mughals.

Evening arrive at Mehtab Bagh so that guests can enjoy sunset there. Mehtab Bagh is located on the left bank of Yamuna opposite Taj Mahal. The garden complex is approximately 300 square meters and is in straight alignment with the Taj Mahal. The excavation has revealed a huge octagonal tank on the southern periphery; Baradaris or pavilion on the East and West; a small octagonal tank at the center and a gateway at the Northern wall.

Day 04- Agra

Early morning visit beautiful Taj Mahal, during sunrise the sunrays have a magical effect with marble surface. It changes its color which creates eternal beauty (Closed on Friday). After visiting Taj Mahal return to hotel for breakfast.

Later enjoy walking tour discovering Oriental Agra program is conducted by using Eco friendly Battery operated Rickshaws. In this tour Tourists get to see Dara Shikoh’s library, Mirza Ghalib’s birthplace, the headquarters of the Radhasoami faith, the ancient Manka Meshwar temple, the Jama Masjid, and churches of different Christian sects, St. Patrick’s Junior College – Asia’s oldest convent and the Akbar Church. On the way, they will see the early morning bustle at the shoe mandi in Johri Bazar, the only street of Ayurvedic doctors, the paan and the petha mandi and the food street of Seth Gali.This tour is a very interactive tour and includes both walk and ride. Also visit Gali paranthewali.

Day 05- Agra  – Bharatpur (approx.. 55 Kms 1 hour)

Post breakfast drive to Bharatpur.

Keoladeo National Park is also known as Bharatpur Bird Sactuary. It is also famous for one of the most important world’s migratory bird national park where many birds do breeding and feeding. It is declared Word’s Heritage site by Unesco in 1985. The park can be explored on foot or by cycle rickshaw.

On arrival check in at hotel. Later visit local school and distribute stationary, sweets and note books to children.

Day 06- Bharatpur – Jaipur (approx.. 180 Kms/ 4 hours)

Early morning visit this beautiful bird sanctuary by cycle rickshaw. Later return to hotel.

Post breakfast at hotel drive to Jaipur en-route visit Abhaneri. It is one of the largest step wells in the world and also one of the most beautiful ones. Located in the eastern part of the province of Rajasthan, it was built by King Chanda somewhere in the 9th century.The Chand Baori is not an easy landmark to find, thus it is one of the hidden secrets of India Chand Baori one was built during the 8th and 9th centuries and has 3,500 narrow steps arranged in perfect symmetry, which descend 20m to the bottom of the well.

Centuries ago, the stepwells were built in the arid zones of Rajasthan to provide water all year through. Today, the construction is not used as a well anymore but its exquisite geometry attracts local and international visitors. About 64 feet deep, it is India’s largest and deepest stepwells with 13 floors and was built in the 9th century for water harvesting.

After visiting step well continue drive to Jaipur.  Jaipur also known as pink city because of its wall color which are exclusively painted in pink color. This colorful city has chaotic streets, colorful auto rickshaw and lively culture. It is the gateway to Rajasthan vacation, here you can still see royal life, forts and Palaces reflecting glorious past.

Day 07- Jaipur

After early breakfast proceed to visit Amber Fort enroute stop at Hawa Mahal for clicking some pictures, it is a stunning 5 story building. It was built to enable royal ladies see daily lives of the city or some function or procession as those days ladies had to cover their faces. At the entrance gate of Amber Fort, you will be provided jeep to visit Amber Fort.

Later visit Anokhi Museum. It is famous for of Hand Printing (AMHP). Located in a magnificently restored haveli or mansion, the museum displays a varied selection of block printed textiles alongside images, tools and related objects – all chosen to provide an in-depth look into the complexity of this ancient tradition.

After visiting Anokhi proceed toward small coffee house near Hawa Mahal and enjoy a short coffee break along with click some amazing pictures of colorful surrounding area.

Later visit City Palace (Royal residence). City Palace has several courtyard, gardens and buildings. the City Palace was the ceremonial and administrative seat of the Maharaja of Jaipur.The Palace was also the location of religious and cultural events, as well as a patron of arts, commerce, and industry. It now houses the Maharaja Sawai Man Singh II Museum, and continues to be the home of the Jaipur royal family.

Day 08- Jaipur

Early morning at 06:30 hrs yoga at your respective hotel.

In SUNRISE YOGA class, we have included an introduction to YOGA, followed by a warm-up, stretching, poses, pranayama and a short lesson on meditation YOGA. 

Later freshen up and breakfast. Post breakfast enjoy a textile workshop of Hand block printing in Jaipur.

The program leader will take you around the factory, showing you samples of printed textile, as well as the wooden blocks and vegetable dye used in the printing process.

Later proceed for Sanganer. Sanganer : Sanganer is a small township situated approximately 16 kilometers away from Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. Known for its famous handmade paper industry and the textile printing industry, Sanganer is very famous for Jain pilgrimage services. The handmade paper industry is famous all over the country, and is known to manufacture supreme quality handmade paper. Floral and block prints are also a specialty with the Sanganer block printers and artisans. The idea behind the handmade paper industry was initiated by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II in 1728. Apart from the flourishing industries, Sanganer is also known for its medieval ruins and primeval temples that are deeply rooted in the culture and heritage of the settlement.

On arrival visit this small township, see people making beautiful fabrics using natural colors. Also visit hand made paper workshop or factory. Have an interactive session with local craftsmen and local people.

Later in the afternoon return to Jaipur. On arrival visit Blue Pottery.  Blue Pottery is one of the well-known crafts of Jaipur. It was once a native craft of Persia that was brought to India by Mughals and later got patronized by Indian ruler (mostly Rajput).  This blue pottery technique is an imported one. It is a mix of Chinese glazing technology with Persian decorative arts. Blue pottery caught the local people’s interest and many started learning this craft soon, most of the Kumbhar (pottery) families also shifted from working on red clay to blue pottery later, on a larger scale. Eventually blue pottery craft flourished in and around Jaipur. Blue pottery has made its mark among few of other crafts in Jaipur.

Day 09- Jaipur –Varanasi by flight

Post breakfast assisted transfer to airport to board the flight for Varanasi.

Varanasi is one of the oldest Hindu city also known as Kashi. People come here from all over the India to take a holy dip and wash away their sins. People wish to die here and getting rid of from the cycle of life and death. City is also famous for fine Banarasi Silk, beetle leaf and Banaras Hindu University.

Meeting and assistance on arrival at Varanasi airport and transfer to hotel.

Evening have a meditation session at the ghat. Later enjoy boat ride with Ganga aarti (Hindu ritual).

Day 10- Varanasi

Early morning you will be picked up from your hotel for boat ride and ghat visit.

Boat Ride covers : Starts from Assi Ghat to Manikarnika Ghat and finish at Dashaswemedh Ghat.

Best time to start morning boat ride in Varanasi

It depends on the season. 5.15 am is the best time for summers and 6 am for winters.

After boat ride enjoy 45 minutes walking tour through narrow lanes of Old Kashi popularly known as Banaras or Varanasi. Walk in a five feet wide alley which used to be widest road of Varanasi in the ancient time is our walk 5. Walking in the oldest markets, narrow and puzzled alleys of Varanasi will take you to an entirely different world. Seeing a 400-year-old saree market, the spice and grains market, a magnificent mosque built by the Mughals along the river and the temple of Lord Kaal Bhairao , known as the Kotwal or the Police Chief of Varanasi will give you a real sense of the old city “Kashi” .

Later return to hotel for breakfast. Post breakfast after some rest proceed to visit Sarnath. It is the place where Budha came after achieved enlightenment at Bodhgaya. Later he gave his first famous sermon at deer park here. In the 3rd Century BC Emperor Ashoka constructed magnificent stupa and monasteries here.

Evening return to hotel. Evening will be at leisure to relax or to pursue independent activities.

Day 11- Varanasi

This day will be at leisure to pursue independent activities in this ancient city or to meditate and relax.

The guests are free to explore the city on their own.

Day 12- Varanasi –Delhi by flight 6E-2025 Departure 15:20/16:50 hrs

Post breakfast in time transfer to airport to board the flight for Delhi. On arrival at Delhi airport board the Flight for onward destination.
